01Scope and data controller

This privacy policy applies to the "donguri" service website provided by ARTOGO ("the Company"), including aeo.artogo.co and its subdomains ("the Service"). When you browse the Service or leave contact details through a form, the Company collects, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan) ("the PDPA"), and informs you of the following matters pursuant to Article 8 of the PDPA.

02Purposes of collection

• Arranging product demos and related briefings
• Setting up, activating, and maintaining the Service
• Contacting you and responding to your inquiries and requests
• Marketing (limited to information and notices about the Company's own services)

03Categories of personal data collected

• Identification: company name, your name, email address
• Other: details you provide yourself, such as your website domain and the topics you want to monitor

If you do not provide the required fields above (company name, name, email address), the Company will be unable to arrange a demo or contact you; leaving optional fields blank does not affect form submission.

04Period, region, recipients, and methods of use

• Period: from the date of collection until the purpose of collection ceases to exist, you request deletion, or the Company stops providing the Service
• Region: Taiwan, and the locations of the data centers of the cloud services the Company uses
• Recipients: the Company and the cloud infrastructure providers that help the Company deliver the Service (such as Google Cloud Platform); your data is not shared with any other third party unless required by law or with your consent
• Methods: processed and used by automated or other non-automated means, within the scope of the purposes above

05Your rights

Under Article 3 of the PDPA, you may exercise the following rights over the personal data the Company holds about you:

• Inquire about or request access to your data
• Request a copy
• Request supplementation or correction
• Request that collection, processing, or use be stopped
• Request deletion

How to exercise these rights: email contact@donguri.ai, and the Company will process your request in accordance with the law after verifying your identity. Unless otherwise provided by the PDPA, exercising the rights above is free of charge.

06Use of cookies

The Service's dashboard uses essential cookies (session) to keep you signed in; they are not used for cross-site tracking or advertising. If you disable cookies, you will not be able to sign in to the dashboard, but you can still browse the public pages of this website.

07Data storage and security

Your personal data is stored in a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) cloud environment managed by the Company, protected by reasonable security measures such as access control and encryption in transit to prevent theft, tampering, damage, loss, or disclosure.

08Policy updates

The Company may revise this policy in response to legal changes or service adjustments. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes, the Company will provide additional notice through appropriate means. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
