Terms of service

01Scope of service

"donguri" (the "Service") is an AI brand visibility monitoring SaaS operated by ARTOGO (the "Company"). It includes: monitoring of how topics are cited in AI answers, monitoring of product mentions in AI conversations, analysis of AI bot crawl footprints, and the associated dashboards and data storage. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

02Accounts and password security

• Service accounts are provisioned by the Company upon completion of onboarding; each customer signs in via a dedicated subdomain and password
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and may not share, lend, or transfer them to any third party outside the scope agreed in your contract
• Any action performed with your account credentials is deemed to be taken by you or with your authorization; notify the Company immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account

03Data ownership

Monitoring data produced by the Service for you (including records of citations, mentions, and crawl footprints, and reports derived from them) is owned by the customer. The Company processes such data only to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service, and will not disclose monitoring content identifiable to you without your consent. Intellectual property in the Service's software, interface design, and monitoring methods remains the property of the Company.

04Service availability

• Monitoring data is updated daily on a fixed schedule, and the dashboard shows the last update time
• The Service monitors third-party AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI search); changes to those platforms' answers, interfaces, and policies are beyond the Company's control. The Company does not guarantee the behavior of any AI platform, its responses, or its continued monitorability
• If the Service is suspended or data is delayed due to system maintenance, third-party platform changes, or force majeure, the Company will use reasonable efforts to restore it promptly

05Payment and termination

• Plan contents, fees, payment methods, and contract terms are governed by the individual contract signed between you and the Company
• When either party terminates the Service under the contract, the Company will return or delete your data as provided in the contract and the privacy policy
• If you breach these terms and fail to remedy the breach after notice, the Company may suspend or terminate your account

06Limitation of liability

• Monitoring data provided by the Service is an observational record of third-party AI platform behavior, for decision reference only; you are solely responsible for business decisions made on that data and their outcomes
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits; the Company's total liability is capped at the service fees you actually paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim
• This section does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited in advance under applicable law

07Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Both parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for any dispute arising from these terms or the Service.

08Changes to these terms

The Company may revise these terms. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date; material changes will be separately announced through appropriate channels. Your continued use of the Service after a revision is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
